Testimony: Dr Xu’s timber windows are starting to rot, especially on the western side. They must have fly screens for their new windows as they could not afford the attack of mozzies. Window colours are made to match existing timber windows of their neighbours for body corporate approval. After the retrofit, they only have to turn on the heater for two hours in winter and have comfortable sleep at night. Casement windows with fly screens provide excellent ventilation and they no longer have to worry about mozzies. They also noticed it is a lot quieter when the windows are closed.
